A man killed in a crash along Highway 1 in Half Moon Bay has been identified by the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office as Maxwell Eddings Vincent, 20, of San Gregorio.
Vincent was driving south on the highway, just north of Stage Road, when his 2002 Honda veered off the roadway and down an embankment, according to the California Highway Patrol.
