Mobile, AL : Bay Minette motorcyclist dies after three-vehicle crash on Alabama 225 near Spanish Fort on Friday, August 5, 2016

Authorities say a 26-year-old motorcyclist was killed during a crash involving two cars.

Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Trooper Jamie Maloy tells that the crash occurred Friday around 8 p.m. on Alabama 225 near Spanish Fort. Maloy says John Vanarsdale was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he collided with a Nissan Rogue. The car then hit another vehicle.

Maloy says the motorcyclist from Bay Minette died at the scene. No injuries to other drivers were reported.
