Montgomery, AL : Piedmont man killed in crash on Alabama Highway 21 on Wednesday, 31st October 2018

A Piedmont man died in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon on Alabama Highway 21, according to Alabama State Troopers.

Gary Russell Howard, 75, was killed when the 1993 Chevrolet Silverado he was driving left the roadway and overturned at about 3:28 p.m. Howard, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, 1 mile south of Jacksonville.

Troopers continue to investigate.
