NASHVILLE, TN : Dad of teen killed in Nashville ATV crash charged with criminally negligent homicide on Monday, 20th May 2024

The father of the teen girl killed in a recent ATV crash in Nashville is facing a slew of charges, including criminally negligent homicide, according to Metro Nashville police.

Police said 40-year-old Victor Mozqueda, the father of 14-year-old Melanie Mozquada, was arrested on six warrants related to her death.
