A teenager was killed after being ejected from a vehicle in Rowan County.
Highway Patrol identified the teenager killed as Charles Schenk, 18, of Salisbury.
It happened in the 3900 block of Goodman Lake Road in Salisbury just after 7:00 pm on Saturday night.
Troopers say a Chevrolet SUV, driven by Schenk, drove into a curve and ran off the right side of the road. The SUV then flipped when Schenk cut back to the left.
A 15 year old passenger was also injured.Speed and alcohol are not factors in the crash right now, according to troopers. Officials are still investigating.
