Authorities say the operator of an all-terrain vehicle has been flown to a hospital colliding with a jeep in Athens. Fire Chief Travis Thompson says the accident was reported just before 3 p.m. Monday on a private road. He tells the Morning Sentinel that the vehicles met at a corner and hit each other.
