The Accord was driven by Mary Newton, 54, of Greenfield, Massachusetts, who drove into the eastbound lane and hit a 1974 recreational vehicle driven by Edgar Fountain, 83, of West Melbourne, Florida, state police said.
Newton and her 16-year-old passenger both died. Fountain was taken to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Dulce Marie Campo Perez, 68, of West Melbourne, Florida, was killed.
Alcohol and drugs did not appear to be factors, police said.
