Fatal crash closes EB I-275 at Kentucky, Indiana border

A fatal crash has shut down a major highway at the border of Kentucky and Indiana, according to the Boone County Sheriff's Office.

The crash involving a semi and a car happened at about 11:30 a.m. at the 13.3 mile marker of EB I-275 between KY-237/Hebron/Exit 7 and KY-8/Petersburg/Exit 11.

Investigators have not released the identity of the victim or any further details at this time.
