Town 'N Country, FL : Motorcyclist, 19, killed in crash on Hillsborough Avenue on Saturday night, April 30, 2016

A 19-year-old motorcyclist was killed Saturday night after he collided with a car that pulled out in front of him, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

At about 11:45 p.m., Kenneth Gordils, of Tampa, was driving his motorcycle east on Hillsborough Avenue toward Reflections Club Drive, where Chanda Venkatesh, 27, was driving north in a 2015 BMW with two passengers.

Venkatesh, of Tampa, made a left turn in front of Gordils onto westbound Hillsborough Avenue, troopers said. Gordils hit the brakes and swerved to avoid a crash but ended up colliding with the back left side of the BMW.

He was thrown off the motorcycle and died at the scene.
