Jacksonville, FL : Eight-car pileup on I-95 north Tuesday morning crash on August 26, 2014

Crash involving eight cars on Interstate 95 closed some northbound lanes near the Philips Highway exit Tuesday morning. The right two northbound lanes were blocked for about a couple of hours. A driver stopped quickly, causing a chain-reaction of cars to hit from behind, according to officials at the scene.
