Norman, OK : Moore man dies in Sunday wreck on February, Sunday 18th 2018

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported a Moore man has died following a Sunday wreck in Norman.

According to an OHP collision report, at about midnight, a single-vehicle collision occurred on Interstate 35 north of Tecumseh Street. A Ford F150 truck driven by Trevian J. Towery, 20, of Moore, was traveling northbound on I-35, when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned approximately three times before coming to rest on its wheels.

Towery was pronounced dead at the scene. Towery's passenger, who was identified as, Kenny Dang, 20, of Oklahoma City, was not injured.

It doesn't appear Towery was wearing a seatbelt. The cause of the collision is believed to be Towery driving too fast for the road conditions, according to the report.
