The driver of a church bus involved in a fiery crash on Interstate 77 Sunday afternoon that left a woman dead will face charges, according to the Highway Patrol.
Troopers said Scotty Garry Lewis has been charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle in the death of 87-year-old Daisy Withers.
Interstate 77 southbound at the West Boulevard exit had to be shut down Sunday afternoon after the crash and subsequent fire, officials said.
