Orlando, FL : Bicyclist critical after crash with Orlando police officer on Saturday, July 18th, 2015

A man is listed in critical condition after he was hit by an Orlando police officer's patrol car while he was riding his bicycle.

Orlando police investigators tell Local 6 the crash happened at 12:55 a.m. on Saturday morning at the intersection of South Kirkman Road and Windhover Drive, which is just north of Universal Studios Orlando.

Investigators say Robin G. Welsh, 55, was riding his bike across all four lanes of South Kirkman Road when an Orlando police car hit him.
