Pittsford, VT : Crash on Route 7 damaged a car and a utility pole but the driver uninjured on Monday afternoon June 30th 2014

A crash on Route 7 damaged a car and a utility pole but left the driver unscathed, according to Vermont State Police.

Carolyn Baker of Rutland was driving a 2004 Volkswagen Passat south on the highway just before 2 p.m. Monday when she crossed the center lane and struck a utility pole. Baker was wearing her seat belt.

State police were assisted at the scene by members of the Pittsford Fire Department, Pittsford First Response, Regional Ambulance Service and a Green Mountain Power crew.
