BAILEYTON, TN : 2 injured in I-81 crash involving 3 tractor-trailers on Interstate 81 near Baileyton on Tuesday, 8th September, 2020

The Tennessee Highway Patrol reports all three truck drivers involved in crash on Interstate 81 near Baileyton were transported to the hospital Tuesday night.

According to a crash report from THP, the crash occurred when a tractor-trailer began to merge into another lane on I-81 North and another tractor-trailer veered onto the left shoulder to avoid a collision.
