SIDNEY, OH : Hit-and-run crash in Sidney near the Alpha Community Center, 330 E. Court Street on Tuesday, 12th February 2019

Police are working to determine who was driving a vehicle that hit a parked car in Sidney on Tuesday night, a car in which a homeless man was living. The hit-and-run occurred about 9 p.m. near the Alpha Community Center, 330 E. Court St., Sidney police confirm. The driver of the vehicle that hit the parked car fled the scene.
