Florida Highway Patrol troopers say a blown-out tire is to blame for a deadly head-on crash on I-75 in Marion County.
Chopper 2 was up over the scene in Ocala at exit 341 Thursday afternoon when the crash occurred.
Two people in a pickup truck were killed when semi-driver James Handley crossed the median and plowed into their vehicle, troopers said.
They've been identified as Kenneth and Jay Cohan.
