Portland, OR : Man killed after SE Portland hit-and-run crash near Southeast 29th and Stark Street early Sunday morning September 27 2015.

Police are looking for a driver that struck and killed a pedestrian near Southeast 29th and Stark Street early Sunday morning.Police arrived on scene just after 2 a.m. to find Chris Chandler, 34, suffering from traumatic injuries. He was taken to the hospital and was later pronounced deceased by medical staff.
Witnesses told police that he was hit by a white 4-door Honda Civic that continued going west on Stark after the crash. The driver is described as a white male with short, possibly blonde hair.
According to police the licence plate number was similar to I-V-D-1-0-3-6, from an unknown state. The vehicle might have front end damage and a possible broken windshield.
