A Lock Haven man was pronounced dead at the scene of a head-on vehicle collision in Clinton County Sunday afternoon.Robert T. Keefer, 31, was driving west in a Ford Focus on Renovo Road in Bald Eagle Township when he lost control of his vehicle and moved into the opposite lane, striking a Toyota Camry with three passengers, according to state police.
