Cullman County, AL : Single vehicle accident near the East Point community in Cullman County on Sunday, 26th April, 2020

Two teenagers were killed in a single-vehicle crash at 8:47 p.m. Sunday, April 26 near the East Point community in Cullman County.

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), a 2019 Ford Mustang, driven by a 17-year-old from Holly Pond, left the roadway on Cullman County 700 and overturned. The 17-year-old, and a 16-year-old occupant from Blountsville were ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. Cullman Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick identified the teens as Joshua Dale McGinnis, 17, and Dayden Michael Floyd, 16.

Nothing further is available as ALEA Troopers continue to investigate.
