INDIANAPOLIS, IN : Pedestrian struck, killed near East 38th Street and North Shadeland Avenue on Thursday, 26th October 2023

Police are investigating after a pedestrian was killed in a crash on Indianapolis' northeast side Thursday morning.

Around 8:15 a.m. Oct. 26, IMPD officers responded to the intersection of East 38th Street and North Shadeland Avenue for a report of a crash involving a pedestrian.

Officers located a pedestrian who was taken in critical condition to a local hospital, where they were pronounced dead, IMPD said.
