WALLINGFORD, CT : Wallingford man charged with DUI after crash at Henny Penny this morning on Sunday, 25th September 2016

A local man faces charges after a two-car accident in the parking lot of a Yalesville convenience store early Sunday. No injuries were reported.

Richard Tobin, Jr., 63, of 38 Pieper Drive was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right.

The accident occurred in the parking lot of Henny Penny, 77 N. Turnpike Road, said police spokeswoman Lt. Cheryl Bradley. There was minor front end damage to both cars.
