Eastaboga, AL : Eastaboga man killed in motorcycle struck a car Friday October 16 2015

A 31-year-old Eastaboga man was killed when his motorcycle struck a car on Alabama 202 Friday afternoon.
Calhoun County Coroner Pat Brown said Christopher Lee Akins died on the scene of the crash, which occurred near the intersection of Lloyd Street at about 3:30 p.m.
Brown said the driver of the small car, as well as two passengers, were rushed to RMC.
“I don’t think they were life-threatening,” Brown said of their injuries.
Brown said that at the time of the accident, the car was crossing the highway southbound and the motorcycle was headed west, and that the motorcycle appeared to have struck the left corner panel of the car.
