Pryor, OK : Truck driver critically hurt after colliding with bus in northern Oklahoma on U.S. 69 near Pryor in Mayes County on Thursday, August 14, 2014

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says more than a dozen people were injured when a tractor-trailer rear-ended a bus in north Oklahoma. Capt. George Brown says the wreck happened shortly after 3 a.m. Thursday on U.S. 69 near Pryor in Mayes County. Brown says the bus had slowed at railroad tracks and was struck from behind by a truck. Brown says the truck's driver was flown to a Tulsa hospital in critical condition. He says 14 people on the bus, which was carrying 40 people from Mexico, were injured. Those passengers were taken to Tulsa-area hospitals but Brown says all are in good condition. No fatalities have been reported.
