Columbus, OH : Plainclothes officer involved in hit-and-run on Monday, 31st October 2016

A plainclothes officer was involved in a hit-in-run Monday afternoon in Madisonville, police said.

Police said the hit-and-run occurred on Ridge Road near Duck Creek Road around 12 p.m. Even though the plainclothes officer's car airbag deployed, no injuries were reported.

The car involved is a black Nissan with damage to the driver-side door. A male and a female were inside the car, last seen heading south on Ridge Road toward Marburg Avenue.
