Owensboro, KY : Man killed in a one-vehicle accident on Sunday, July 16, 2017

The man killed in a one-vehicle accident Sunday morning in Ohio County has been identified.

Elmer G. Watts Jr., 33, of Owensboro was killed when his vehicle left the road in the 13000 block of U.S.. 231 near Utica. Report say Watts was driving south when his vehicle left the road and struck a unoccupied building. Watts was pronounced dead at the scene.
