Motorcyclist dies in 110 Freeway solo crash in Pasadena California

A motorcyclist was killed this morning in a crash on the Pasadena (110) Freeway in Chinatown, authorities said.The accident on the southbound side of the freeway at College Street was reported just before 1 a.m., said California Highway Patrol Officer Patrick Kimball.A woman who was a passenger in a car that struck the victim’s empty motorcycle helmet, which then became stuck under the vehicle, told a news photographer at the scene that she saw two other vehicles strike the downed rider without stopping.
