Cincinati ,OH : Nadine Minton, 26, killed after head-on crash on I-74 Monday morning ,August 17th 2015
The general manager of 16-Bit Bar+Arcade was killed early Monday morning after driving the wrong way on Interstate 74 and slamming into a semitrailer, police said.
Investigators weren't sure why Nadine Minton, 26, was going west in the eastbound lanes near Beekman Street at about 3:30 a.m. She died shortly after hitting a truck head-on. According to investigators, Minton wasn't wearing a seat belt.
16-Bit, on Walnut Street in Over-the-Rhine, was closed Monday. Troy Allen, 16-Bit's owner, said he was holding a staff meeting Monday night and planned to have a grief counselor available. Minton was off work Sunday, he said.
