The eastbound lanes of Kinglsey Avenue were shut down Sunday night while Florida Highway Patrol investigated a crash between a Clay County Sheriff’s deputy cruiser and a truck. FHP said a carnival truck driven by John Cody Jinright, 22, was pulling off the curb of the front lawn of a church.
