Maryville, TN : One dead, four injured in Maryville car crash on Saturday, October 11, 2014

One person is dead and three others are injured after a crash in Maryville Saturday, according to Blount County Dispatch. The wreck happened around 10:30 a.m. on West Broadway at Highway 411 in front of the Weigels. Maryville Police said a four-door sedan pulled out in front of an SUV traveling east. Police and rescue crews were dispatched to help pull out the victim that was pinned in the sedan. That person later died. All four injured were taken by Rural Metro to Blount Memorial Hospital for treatment, where one of them died. The victims' names have not been released at this time.
