Buckfield ,ME : Nichole A. Byron 30 killed her car collided with a tractor-trailer truck on Route 117 Sunday ,August 2nd 2015

In Buckfield, Nichole A. Byron of Hartford was driving a PT Cruiser and was killed when her car collided with a tractor-trailer truck on Route 117 in Buckfield, near the Turner line. The crash was reported to authorities at 3:30 p.m.

She was 30 years old.

Her identity was withheld until next of kin were notified, according to Oxford County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Timothy Ontengco, the on-scene supervisor. Her name was released at 11:30 a.m. Monday in a written statement by Oxford County Sheriff Wayne Gallant.
