Kalispell, MT : A Lakeside man died in ATV rolled and crash on Friday, June 23, 2017

A Lakeside man died Friday afternoon when his ATV rolled and crashed, the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office confirmed this morning.

The 69-year-old man has been identified as Ronald Wayne Robinson, according to Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry.

Montana Highway Patrol Trooper David Mills, who responded to the scene, said Robinson was traveling down Adams Street in Lakeside without a helmet when his ATV rolled on a corner, causing fatal injuries.

According to Mills, alcohol may have been a contributing factor.

Authorities responded to the crash at around 4 p.m., but Robinson died on scene.
