Washington TWP, OH : Two people injured in chain reaction crash on I-675 near the Miamisburg-Centerville Road exit on Monday, Sep 7, 2015

Two people were rushed to the hospital following a chain reaction crash on I-675.

It happened on I-675 northbound near the Miamisburg-Centerville Road exit around 12:30 p.m. Monday.

According to officers, three vehicles collided. Witnesses said one vehicle veered into center lane and hit a car. That car then spun out of control and hit another vehicle sending it into the median.

Officials blocked two lanes while they investigated and cleared the scene.

The two victims were taken by ambulance to the hospital with what officials are calling minor injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
