Clackamas County, OR : Two people badly hurt in crash on Highway 26 on Wednesday afternoon July 30th 2014

Two people were badly hurt in a two-car crash on Highway 26 near Brightwood on Wednesday afternoon.

The crash happened around 3:35 p.m., when a pickup and a car collided near E. Wildwood Ave. The pickup rolled after the impact, Oregon State Police said.

The car’s driver was taken to the hospital via Life Flight with critical injuries.

The truck’s driver was taken to OHSU by ambulance with serious injuries.

Troopers haven’t yet released either driver’s name, or the results of their preliminary investigation.
