BOGARD, MO : 12-year-old girl airlifted to Kansas City hospital after crashing ATV into side of semi-truck on Tuesday, 1st October 2024

A young girl suffered serious injuries in a crash in rural Missouri, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.

The crash happened just after 7 p.m. on Oct. 1 in Carroll County.

MSHP reported that a 12-year-old girl driving a 2009 Honda TRX all-terrain vehicle was headed north on CR 261 when she hit the side of a 1997 Kenworth T600 semi-truck driving east on CR 210.

CR 261 and CR 210 are both narrow dirt roads with no shoulder.
