Polk County deputies responded to an accident that shut down Interstate 4 for several hours Saturday morning, Deputies said around 4:33 a.m., Saturday, a driver identified as Nina Samigullina, Orlando was eastbound on Interstate 4, east of US Highway 27, in the inside lane.
