Reno County, KS : Hutchinson woman injured in crash on K-14 on Sunday, 2nd December 2018

A Hutchinson woman was transported to the hospital Sunday after she rear-ended a pickup that was slowing to make a turn on K-14 in Reno County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported both a 2006 Honda Pilot driven by Destiny N. Taylor, 25, of Hutchinson, and a 2007 Ford F150 pickup driven by Alan D. Janzen, 60, of Hutchinson, were southbound on K-14 when Janzen slowed to make a left turn about a mile south of South Hutchinson.

Taylor’s car struck the rear of the pickup. Both vehicles came to rest in the center median.

Taylor was transported to Hutchinson Regional Center, while Janzen was not injured. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, the report indicated.
