Orlando, FL : Orlando man died in Turnpike crash in State Road 408 on Friday November 20 2015

An Orlando man died in an early-morning crash on Florida's Turnpike Friday.
Eddy Nicolas, 46, was driving a 1999 BMW south on the turnpike, near the exit to State Road 408, when he appeared to lose control of the car, Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman Sgt. Kim Montes said.
The BMW spun counter-clockwise and hit a concrete barrier at the road's median twice, Montes said.
The car stopped in the middle of the highway, and was hit by a Clermont man in a Mitsubishi Lancer, Montes said.
Nicolas was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The Mitsubishi driver had minor injuries, and was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Florida troopers will investigate what caused Nicolas to lose control of the car.
