BARTLESVILLE, OK : 1 person dead following crash in Bartlesville on Tuesday, 15th October 2024

A driver involved in an accident on Tuesday morning near the intersection of Silverlake Road and Nowata Place has died.

The initial investigation into the crash indicates the car was traveling southbound on Silverlake Road when it swerved off the road and went airborne over a concrete culvert.

Once the car came to a stop, the driver was pulled out of the car moments before it caught on fire.

The identity of the driver is being withheld until the next of kin can be notified.
