Copley, OH : One person dead in crash involving multiple cars on OH-18 in Copley on Wednesday, March 2, 2016

A severe crash on Ohio State Route 18 at Creekrun Drive has left one person dead, according to the Summit County Medical Examiner.

Copley police reported on Wednesday around 3:50 p.m. a crash occurred on OH-18 and Creekrun Drive involving multiple cars. Ohio State Highway Patrol reported there were serious injuries.

Police asked the public to avoid the area since it would be shut down.

The Medical Examiner said it was called to the scene around 4:20 p.m.
