RANDALLSTOWN, MD : 2 killed, 1 injured in separate Randallstown wrecks on Friday, January 27th 2017
A man and boy were killed and a woman was severely injured in separate crashes in Randallstown.
WBAL-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2k6imze ) that the crashes both occurred on Liberty Road on Friday night.
Baltimore County police say the first crash occurred just before 9 p.m. when a car struck a 14-year-old boy and a 19-year-old woman who were riding bicycles. The boy, who has been identified as Jamal Quentin Anderson, was pronounced dead on the scene, and the woman was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. The driver, 23-year-old Conrad Thorpe, was charged with driving under the influence.
Police say the second crash occurred just before midnight when an SUV crossed the center line and collided with an MTA van. The driver of the SUV died at the hospital.
