Monett, MO : Joplin woman injured in Hwy. VV wreck on Saturday, 8th October 2016
A Joplin woman was injured Saturday in a wreck at 2:35 a.m. on Highway VV, five miles south of Wentworth.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Beverly Hirsch, 64, of Joplin, was driving a 2007 Kia Sedona northbound when her vehicle lost control, ran off the roadway and struck a mailbox.
Hirsch suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Freeman West Hospital in Joplin.
She was wearing a safety device, and the vehicle suffered extensive damage.
