LEE COUNTY, SC : Driver dies following crash in Lee County on Wednesday, 20th January 2021

One person has died after a single-vehicle crash in Lee County on Thursday afternoon.

Officials with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said a 2004 Mercury four-door sedan was traveling on Springhill Road when the vehicle went off the left side of the road and overturned.

Authorities said the driver was the only occupant in the vehicle.

SCHP will continue to investigate the crash.
