Fontana, CA : Motorcyclist dies in collision in Fontana on Tuesday, 21st April, 2020

A 34-year-old Fontana man was killed Tuesday, April 21, when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a pickup, police and the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office said.

David Lamb was riding on Laurel Avenue in Fontana just before 8 p.m. when the collision happened. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Fontana Police Department spokesman Officer Daniel Romero said in an email that while the crash is still under investigation, “It looks like it was a tragic accident.”

“The driver of the truck remained o/n scene. Drugs and alcohol do not seem to be a factor in the crash,” Romero said.
