Tallahassee, FL : 3 injured in crash at Volusia Speedway on Sunday, February 19th 2017

Three people were injured Sunday night after a race car crashed at Volusia Speedway Park, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

The crash happened just before 9:30 p.m. at the speedway in De Leon Springs.

Deputies said a race car went through a fence.

One person was flown to Halifax Health, while two others were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
