MORGANTOWN, WV : Preston woman identified in fatal crash on Friday, January, 5th 2018

Authorities identified the woman who died in a car crash Jan. 5 on W.Va. 7 near the Monongalia-Preston county line.
Kendall Dawn Forman, 21, of Bruceton Mills, was pronounced dead at the scene, Monongalia County Sheriff Perry Palmer said.
Forman was riding in a sedan that was involved in a head-on crash with a pickup truck, Sheriff’s Deputy B.M. Broker said earlier.
Two other people were taken to a hospital after the crash, but neither their names nor the extent of their injuries were immediately known.
Forman was a 2015 graduate of Preston High School.
