Midwest , WY : Three people injured in Collision after went out of control and collided head on with another Vehicle on Monday , March 2nd 2015

A collision on a snow-packed highway in Natrona County has claimed the lives of three people.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says the accident occurred about 6:45 p.m. Monday on Wyoming 259, about 4 miles south of Midwest.

The patrol says a 1999 Ford Taurus, driven by 51-year-old Scott Burgess, of Mills, was travelling south when it went out of control and collided head on with a northbound 2008 Chevrolet Cruze driven by 28-year-old Dustin Jutting of Wright.

Both drivers died at the scene.

In addition, 29-year-old Jennifer Griffith, of Wright, who was in the car driven by Jutting, died from injuries at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper.

A 2-year-child also was treated for minor injuries and released. The child was in the vehicle driven by Jutting.
