Family remembers driver killed in crash

Kelsey, who is from West Point, drove his westbound Dodge minivan into the tractor and its implement around 10:10 p.m. on Indiana 25 just east of Tippecanoe County Road 500 West. The force of the impact sent the tractor and Kelsey's entangled minivan into oncoming traffic, where it struck an eastbound pickup truck driven by 50-year-old Dane Griffin of West Point.
