Wichita, KS : A 26-year-old Wichita man was pronounced dead at an area hospital after a crash on Wednesday, November, 8th 2017

A 26-year-old Wichita man was pronounced dead at an area hospital after a crash at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, according to police.

Officer Charley Davidson of the Wichita Police Department said the driver, Christian A. Kyllonen, was driving west on 21st and through the Northshore intersection in a black Ford Taurus. He swerved into a light pole.

He was rushed to an area hospital, but died due to related injuries, police said.

Investigators are still looking into the cause of the accident, Davidson said.
