Toddler dies in car accident

BLADENSBURG- Charles Sullivan, 4, of Silver Spring is dead after a collision in Bladensburg in Prince George'™s County. His sister, who was not indentified, was injured in the crash. Police pronounced Sullivan dead at the scene.
